Shipping Overview

At Pawfect Play & Train Pet Store, we prioritize efficient and reliable shipping to ensure your pet essentials arrive promptly. Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, with careful packaging to protect your items during transit. Whether you're shopping for training tools, interactive accessories, or behavioral guides, we ensure every shipment meets our quality standards.

Shipping Timeframe

Processing times may vary slightly based on order volume, but most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery durations depend on your selected shipping method and destination. Remote locations or peak seasons (e.g., holidays) may experience minor delays, though we proactively collaborate with carriers to minimize disruptions.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0-$60; Free for orders over $60.
Table Rate Shipping (5-10 Business Days): $25 for orders totaling $0-$60; Free for orders over $60.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart total and destination.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and select EU countries. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, military bases (APO/FPO), or regions with customs restrictions. For international orders, delivery times may extend due to local customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. Track your package directly through the carrier's website or our "Order Status" portal. For orders with multiple items shipped separately, each shipment will have its own tracking details.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to unforeseen carrier issues or customs hold-ups. If your tracking shows no updates for over 7 business days or your package is marked "delivered" but hasn't arrived, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll investigate and either reship your items or issue a refund as per our policy.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties levied by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by local regulations. We recommend checking with your customs office beforehand to avoid surprises. Note that we cannot undervalue shipments or alter customs declarations.
